Adding New Contacts
- To create a new contact, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Contact Network.
- Click on the button + Contacts Entry to start a new contact form and fill in the contact information for the company or individual.
- When associating an individual contact with a company ensure that the company is already created by searching it in the Belongs to (Company) field. If they do not appear in the list, you will need to create the company in a new form first.
- Placing a customer on hold will block users from creating new jobs or services until the hold is turned off.
Note: Ensure an active email is associated with every contact. This is important for automating processes like sending quotes, forms, invoices, and more directly from Tradetraks.
