Contact Network Assets
- To view a contact’s asset list, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Contact Network.
- In the contact dashboard, click on the Assets button in the top secondary menu.
Not Activated
- If a category of assets has not been activated, click Open Category Manager and select the categories to activate.
- You can activate more than one by clicking on the additional categories.
Add & Manage Assets
- To add an asset, click on an active category.
- To create a new asset click on the three dots to the far right of the category and select + Add Asset from the drop-down menu.
- Information may be pre-populated however you can select and modify any field. Remember to click Save to implement any new changes.
Note: If the item does not have a serial number you can enter your own or a different number for tracking purposes.
- Optional: Use the description field under Last Service to include what and when the next service will be and what the last service was.
Edit or Remove Assets
- To make edits or remove a customer's asset, click on an active category and select Edit for the asset you would like to manage.
- Here you can make any changes to the asset or scroll to the bottom and click Delete Asset to remove the asset from the system.
Note: Once deleted you will not be able to reinstate the asset.
Add Images to an Asset
- To add images to an asset, select an active category and click Open on the desired asset.
- To access asset images, click the Images button in the top secondary menu.
- A Dropbox will allow you to add an image from a desktop or take a photo if using a mobile device.
Edit & Draw on Asset Images
- Once you have uploaded an image to an asset, you can rotate the image by 90 degrees using the circular arrow buttons and draw on an image by selecting the Pencil Icon.
- Simply select a colour and use your mouse or finger on a touchscreen device to draw on the image. Ensure you click Save to finalize any changes.
Manage Asset Forms
- To access the forms log attached to an asset, select an active category and click Open on the desired asset.
- Once opened navigate to the Forms button in the top secondary menu.
- Any completed forms for this asset will appear here.
