Contact Profiles & Dashboard

  • To visit a contact profile, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Contact Network.
  • Select from the contact list or search the contact profile in the search bar and click on the profile you would like to open. 
  • A custom dashboard will appear where you can view and edit the customer's contact information and active work.
    • To edit contact information click on the pencil, add your edits and save your changes.
    • Clicking on the Active Projects section will open projects and pre-filter them to projects associated with the contact. 
    • Clicking on the Active Service Jobs section will open services and pre-filtered them to services associated with the contact. 
    • Clicking on the Active Service Contracts section will open service contracts and pre-filtered them to service contracts associated with the contact.
  • The Revenue, Expenses, and Labour by Month section keeps track of the financials for all work completed for that customer. Below sections are used to display financials broken down by projects, services and labour by day. 
  • The Comments section towards the bottom of the profile can be used to track internal notes and comment threads associated with the contact.
