Employee Certificate Matrix

• To access the employee certificate matrix, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Health & Safety.
• In the dashboard, you can view the entire certificate matrix for each employee in the company and which certifications have been completed.
  • A green thumbs-up indicates that an employee's certifications are current. There is a number next to it that shows how many days remain before expiry.
  • A yellow clock indicates that certificates are still current, but are set to expire soon. There is a number next to it that shows how many days remain.
  • A red warning symbol indicates that the certification is no longer valid and has expired. The number next to the symbol indicates how many days it’s expired.

• To refine the certificate matrix, click Filter. You can filter based on the certificate type, employee, and expiration date.
• You can export the certificate matrix into a CSV file by clicking Export to CSV.
