Employers Overview

With the employer's option, it's possible to invite the same employee to a separate company allowing the same user account to be used with both.

  • To access the employers module, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Employers.
  • In the employers dashboard you can view the current and past companies you’ve worked for.
  • You can set up a new company in Tradetraks by clicking Register a Company, entering the company’s name and clicking Create Company to finalize.

 

Inviting Employees

  • To invite employees with a previous Tradetraks account, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Contact Network.
  • Search the name of the employee in the search bar ensuring to toggle on Include all of Tradetraks.
  • Click on the employee you would like to invite to open their dashboard and select Offer Employment. This will automatically email the contact and prompt them to accept.
Note: If you need to resend an offer revisit steps 4 through 6 and select Offer Pending: Send Again.
