Profile & Personal Settings
Your profile is where you can find any of your account settings and personal details on Tradetraks. Most likely if you're looking for something, you'll find it in your profile!

Profile Dashboard
- To visit your profile, navigate to the top righthand menu and click on the Profile button. This will open the main profile page where you can access your personal certification, time logs, expenses, forms, and more.
- On the profile page, you can add a profile picture, personal information, addresses, and emergency contacts. Ensure file formats are in JPEG before uploading.
- You can also view your sick and vacation days as well as your work history using the View Work History Button.
Note: Your personal account stays active throughout your career, allowing you to access certificates and work history at any time.
Certificates
- To view your training certifications, click on the Certificates button in the profile menu. Existing certificates will appear here with a picture of the front and back, name and expiry date.
- To view archived or expired certificates, click on the Show Archived Certificates box.
- To create a new certificate, click on the + Add Certificate button.
- A form will appear where you can add photos of the certificate, expiry date and other relevant information.
- Some certificates are required by your employer. The last field will indicate the type of certificate you’re uploading to ensure it’s tracked properly.
- After saving, your new certificate will appear on the certificates page.
- If a certificate is no longer relevant, click on the certificate to open it and either edit or archive it using the Edit and Archive buttons.
Time Logs
- To view your time log history, click on the Time Logs button in the profile menu. A list will appear showing all of your processed pay periods.
- To open a time log, click the View button. Within a time log, you can revisit the service/project you worked on, check the rate payable, time log review notes, number of hours worked and paid, and any mileage or other compensation.
- To filter time logs, click the List View button and then Filter to refine or increase the list.
- To export the current list view as a CSV (Excel) file, click Export as CSV.

Expenses
- To view your expenses, click on the Expenses button in the profile menu. A list will appear showing all of your submitted expenses.
- To refine or increase the list of expenses visible, click the Filter button and use the available fields to aid your search.

Forms
To view submitted forms, click on the Forms button in the profile menu. A list will appear showing all of the forms you have completed or signed off on.

Account Settings
- To view or change account settings, click the More button in the profile menu and select Account Settings.
- This will open the account settings page where you can change your password, adjust notifications and email settings, enable location permissions, lock your account and more.
Note: If you forget to log out of a shared device, click the Log Me Out of All Devices and Services button in the right-hand corner.

Calendar Events
- To view your calendar events, click the More button in the profile menu and select Calendar Events.
- A list will appear showing all of the vacation days and personal events you set throughout the last 12 months.
- You can change the view using the tabs at the top to last 12 months, current year or all time.
- To add a new vacation, sick day or generic time off request, click the + Add Event button.
- Select the type of event, start date, end date, and time or to request full days off toggle on Full Day(s).
- You can also enter any notes about the submitted request for review.
Note: If your admin deletes a past event from the calendar, you will receive a deletion request to approve this.

Library Activity
- To view your library activity, click the More button in the profile menu and select Library Activity. A list will appear showing all of the documents you have previously acknowledged.
- To refine and filter the list, click the Filter button and use the available fields to aid your search.
