Uploading Employee Certifications
- To upload employee certificates, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Health & Safety.
- You can add certifications on Tradetraks via an employee’s profile. To open their profile click on the employee you would like to add a certification to.
Note: You can also access an employee profile from the employee module.
- In the employee profile navigate to the top secondary menu and click Certificates.
- Click + Add Certificate and fill out the required information to create a certificate including a photo of the front and back of the official certification.
Note: If the certification is for yourself, you can access your own certificate section on your profile page by clicking Profile in the top right-hand menu.
