Views & Filters
- To access the Schedule, navigate to the main lefthand menu and open the module Schedule.
- You can change your calendar view by using the drop-down menu titled View and selecting between daily, weekly and monthly view options.
- You can use the Filter option in the drop-down menu to refine displayed items. By default, the Filter To Specific Event Types toggle will be turned on.
- To refine the schedule to only show specific projects, turn on the Filter To Specific Projects and Filter To Specific Employees toggles then click on the project(s) you would like to add.
- To display your events only, turn on the My Events Only toggle.
Daily View
- To customize the time range displayed in the schedule view click on the drop-down menu titled View and select between Day Shift, Full Day, or Night Shift options.
Weekly View
- In weekly view, the parent event appears on the left-hand side followed by the employees and equipment scheduled for the project or service.
- To open a project or service event, click on the box for the day you would like to open. A pop-up will appear where you can make any changes to the event or delete it.
Monthly View
- In monthly view, the project and service events will appear on their scheduled dates. Employees and equipment will not show on the monthly view.
- Clicking on an event will take you to the daily view. Please refer to the daily view guide to learn more about how to manage and make changes to the daily view.
